- gelatine leaves
- coffee spoons of sugar
- 5 cl / 1.8 oz of lemon syrup
- Verbena teabag

- Lungo glass (110 ml / 4 oz)

How to make !
- Prepare the lemon espuma by melting the gelatine leaves in 3dl / 10
- 5 oz of hot water
- Once it is completely melted pour the syrup on it
- Put everything in the freezer for 3hours
- Make a verbena infusion and put some sugar in it
- Pour the verbena in the glass, pour the Cosi on it
- Serve with the espuma on the side
