  • gelatine leaves
  • coffee spoons of sugar
  • 5 cl / 1.8 oz of lemon syrup
  • Verbena teabag
  • mixer
  • Lungo glass (110 ml / 4 oz)

How to make !

  • Prepare the lemon espuma by melting the gelatine leaves in 3dl / 10
  • 5 oz of hot water
  • Once it is completely melted pour the syrup on it
  • Put everything in the freezer for 3hours
  • Make a verbena infusion and put some sugar in it
  • Pour the verbena in the glass, pour the Cosi on it
  • Serve with the espuma on the side
