Something to consider after your tiramisù?

First, brew your espresso coffee (40ml or 1.35 fl oz) with the coffee machine and pour it in the cup together with the sugar (optional)
Pour cold cream (100ml or 3.38 fl oz) into the jug up to the minimum level marking
Close the lid and press the start button on the device
Then, with the Barista spoon, collect and pour the Chantilly on top of the coffee
