Here is what you need

2 capsules of Diavolitto or Dharkan
2–3 chocolate cookies
3 scoops vanilla ice cream
2 tbs. chocolate syrup
Whipped cream
Chocolate shavings (garnish)

How to make this recipe?

Brew 2 espressos in the same cup and let it cool.
Crumble the chocolate cookies into small pieces and add to blender with ice cream and 2 tbs. of chocolate syrup.
Add cooled espresso to blender and blend until smooth. If mixture is too loose, add another scoop of ice cream and blend again.
Pour blended mixture into a tall glass.
Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of chocolate shavings.
