The return will be made within 14 days of receiving the package, at your expense, by courier, to the address of FM ROMANIA SRL: Strada Bradului no. 57, Dragomirești Deal village, Dragomirești Vale commune, Ilfov county, postal code 077096, telephone 0800 008 300, email Nespresso.Romania@Nespresso.com.
The returned product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered. Products that show physical changes, traces of excessive use and/or unauthorized interventions etc. are not accepted for return. For health protection or hygiene reasons, coffee and other food products purchased at a distance are not accepted for return if the products have been unsealed. If these conditions are met, Nespresso will reimburse you the value of the products within a maximum of 14 days, exclusively to the account of the card from which the payment was made. If you paid in cash to the courier, you will be contacted to provide your bank details in order to refund the amount to your bank account.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by completing the withdrawal form sent by Nespresso representatives or by sending an e-mail to Nespresso.Romania@Nespresso.com or by calling 0800 008 300. Regardless by the chosen method, you will have to transmit the following information: name, postal address, telephone number and e-mail address, as well as the number of the initial order (with which the goods were delivered), the number of units returned per product and the code related to each product. This information must also accompany the package being returned for its identification upon receipt at the central warehouse and return processing.
If you want to receive other products than those originally ordered, you will have to make a new order.
