If you place your order by 3:00 p.m., on a working day, your order will be delivered to the indicated address, in Romania, in 2 working days**. For such orders please contact Nespresso to find out the shipping costs. **In exceptional cases, for example unfavorable weather conditions, delivery to hard-to-reach areas or during very busy periods of the year (legal holidays, etc.), delivery may be delayed.

According to the Emergency Ordinance no. 34-2014 regarding consumer rights in distance contracts, you have the right to return products ordered online or by phone that do not suit you, without any explanation, within 14 days of receiving them. Their return will be carried out at your expense, by courier, and the return address will be communicated to you by Nespresso representatives. The returned product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered and accompanied by the relevant invoice. Nespresso does not accept for return products that show physical changes, traces of excessive use and/or unauthorized interventions, etc. Capsule boxes that have been unsealed are not accepted for return. Any amount we have received from you will be refunded, including delivery costs, except for additional costs caused by the fact that you have chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery type offered by us. You will not be charged any fees as a result of such refund.

The returned product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered. Products that show physical changes, traces of excessive use and/or unauthorized interventions etc. are not accepted for return. For health protection or hygiene reasons, coffee and other food products purchased at a distance are not accepted for return if the products have been unsealed. If these conditions are met, Nespresso will reimburse you the value of the products within a maximum of 14 days, exclusively to the account of the card from which the payment was made. If you paid in cash to the courier, you will be contacted to provide your bank details in order to refund the amount to your bank account.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by completing the withdrawal form sent by Nespresso representatives or by sending an e-mail to Nespresso.Romania@Nespresso.com or by calling 0800 008 300. Regardless by the chosen method, you will have to transmit the following information: name, postal address, telephone number and e-mail address, as well as the number of the initial order (with which the goods were delivered), the number of units returned per product and the code related to each product. This information must also accompany the package being returned for its identification upon receipt at the central warehouse and return processing.

If you want to receive other products than those originally ordered, you will have to make a new order.

By "Standard Delivery" the package will be delivered in a maximum of 48 hours if you placed an order until 3:00 PM on a working day.

In exceptional cases, such as those generated by unfavorable weather conditions, very crowded periods of the year, etc. delivery may be delayed.

Starting from July 2022, it will no longer be possible to choose the courier company when placing the order.

At the moment we collaborate with Urgent Cargus, DPD and SameDay, and the courier partner will be chosen automatically based on performance criteria depending on the delivery area.

After plugging in, the device is ready for use. To turn off the appliance, unplug it.

Fill the cup to the bottom "max" level indicator to froth hot or cold milk. To prepare hot milk, press the button briefly to start. The button will light up and turn red. To froth cold milk, keep the button pressed for approx. 2 seconds. The button will light up and turn blue.

To prepare warm milk only, fill the cup to the top "max" level indicator inside the cup and press the button (quick press).

For optimal milk foam, use whole or semi-skimmed milk at refrigeration temperature (about 4-6 °C). It is especially recommended not to use fortified milk, milk powder or flavored milk. Do not add syrup, sugar, chocolate powder or other additives directly to the cup. They could damage the coating during preparation. Use only plant-based soy, almond or oat milk for these preparations. Warning: Plant-based milk drinks contain allergens (gluten, almond, soy) and should be handled with care by people with food allergies. The amount of foam depends on the nature of the drink used and its temperature.

Be sure to clean the device immediately after each use. Remove the Aeroccino from the base and remove the cover gasket and wire spring. Wash the interior of the Aeroccino, the gasket, the lid, the lid and the spring using detergent and rinse with warm/hot water. Do not put the Aeroccino in the dishwasher or immerse it in water to clean it. Do not wet the underside of the Aeroccino, which contains the electrical plug, but clean the inside of the Aeroccino with detergent and rinse with warm/hot water. Use non-abrasive cleaning materials. Dry all parts of the Aeroccino with a clean towel, cloth or paper towel and replace them. Make sure the underside of the milk frother is dry before placing the milk frother back on its base.

The maximum capacity of the device is 240 ml for preparing hot milk. For frothing milk, both hot and cold, the maximum capacity is 120 ml, enough to prepare two Nespresso Cappuccinos or one Nespresso Latte Macchiato. The maximum levels are indicated on the inner wall of the cup.

It takes about 70-80 seconds to prepare cold milk foam and warm milk foam. For warm milk, the preparation time is approximately 60 seconds. These durations can be influenced by various factors such as, for example, the nominal power in the place of operation of the appliance, which fluctuates throughout the day, the number of consecutive preparations and the degree of cleanliness of the cup.

The main differences are as follows: Aeroccino4 includes yet another warm milk foam texture, ideal for cappuccinos. Aeroccino4 can be used in the dishwasher. Aeroccino4 includes a handle for easy handling of the device

The mug must be positioned correctly on a clean surface. The wire must be properly attached to the cup. Aeroccino will only start if the connectors are dry.

For optimal milk foam, use cold milk or semi-skimmed milk at refrigeration temperature (approx. 4-6 °C). To guarantee hygienic conditions, use only heat-treated (pasteurized) milk, refrigerated and recently opened. Milk that has been frozen will not foam. Do not add syrup, sugar, chocolate powder or other additives directly to the cup. They could damage the coating during preparation Also, make sure the whisk and mug are clean.
