Set of Vertuo Glass Carafe with Lid

The Vertuo Carafe is made of double-walled borosilicate glass, to ensure perfect thermal insulation. As it is hand-blown, each Carafe is unique.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Clean before first use. Make sure your Carafe is positioned properly under the machine before coffee preparation. Hold the band when pouring hot coffee. Before serving, use the stirrer to mix the coffee. Do not use metal cutlery as it may cause breakage. When using with ice cubes, we recommend adding them after the drink and not into the empty glass.

CLEANING

The Carafe is dishwasher safe, including lid, strap and stirrer. Remove the strap when cleaning. When washing in a dishwasher, do not stack the Vertuo Carafe on top of other products or do not place it too close to other products. We recommend washing the lid with the dishwasher. If washing by hand, clean the lid immediately after use. When washing the carafe by hand, use a soft brush with mild detergent and wipe the surface completely with a soft cloth to avoid water stains.

CAUTION

As with all glass items, please handle with care. Do not use the Vertuo Carafe if you find a crack, chip or scratch in the glassware. Do not let children use it. When filled with hot liquids, keep out of the reach of children. Do not use cleaning products containing bleach, chlorine, abrasives and/or other strong chemicals. This product is dishwasher safe. Do not put in the oven, nor hotplates.

Payment by bank card is made in full, before the ordered products are shipped. Your credit card details will be encrypted for security reasons.

Payment on delivery
Payment upon delivery can be made in cash or, if the delivery is made in Bucharest, a bank card can also be used. At the time of delivery, inform the delivery agent about the chosen payment option.

Free delivery* on any espresso machine

If you place your order by 3:00 p.m., on a working day, your order will be delivered to the indicated address, in Romania, in 2 working days**. For more information you can visit our Nespresso services page. *The Free Delivery Service is not available for deliveries made in the Delta area, or in areas where ferry transport is necessary. For such orders please contact Nespresso to find out the shipping costs. **In exceptional cases, for example unfavorable weather conditions, delivery to hard-to-reach areas or during very busy periods of the year (legal holidays, etc.), delivery may be delayed.

According to the Emergency Ordinance no. 34-2014 regarding consumer rights in distance contracts, you have the right to return products ordered online or by phone that do not suit you, without any explanation, within 14 days of receiving them. Their return will be carried out at your expense, by courier, and the return address will be communicated to you by Nespresso representatives. The returned product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered and accompanied by the relevant invoice. Nespresso does not accept for return products that show physical changes, traces of excessive use and/or unauthorized interventions, etc. Capsule boxes that have been unsealed are not accepted for return. Any amount we have received from you will be refunded, including delivery costs, except for additional costs caused by the fact that you have chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery type offered by us. You will not be charged any fees as a result of such refund.

The returned product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered. Products that show physical changes, traces of excessive use and/or unauthorized interventions etc. are not accepted for return. For health protection or hygiene reasons, coffee and other food products purchased at a distance are not accepted for return if the products have been unsealed. If these conditions are met, Nespresso will reimburse you the value of the products within a maximum of 14 days, exclusively to the account of the card from which the payment was made. If you paid in cash to the courier, you will be contacted to provide your bank details in order to refund the amount to your bank account.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by completing the withdrawal form sent by Nespresso representatives or by sending an e-mail to Nespresso.Romania@Nespresso.com or by calling 0800 008 300. Regardless by the chosen method, you will have to transmit the following information: name, postal address, telephone number and e-mail address, as well as the number of the initial order (with which the goods were delivered), the number of units returned per product and the code related to each product. This information must also accompany the package being returned for its identification upon receipt at the central warehouse and return processing.

If you want to receive other products than those originally ordered, you will have to make a new order.

By "Standard Delivery" the package will be delivered in a maximum of 48 hours if you placed an order until 3:00 PM on a working day.

In exceptional cases, such as those generated by unfavorable weather conditions, very crowded periods of the year, etc. delivery may be delayed.

Starting from July 2022, it will no longer be possible to choose the courier company when placing the order.

At the moment we collaborate with Urgent Cargus, DPD and SameDay, and the courier partner will be chosen automatically based on performance criteria depending on the delivery area.
