Origin: Vertuo Carafe Pour-Over Style is a blend made up singularly of washed Latin American arabicas. The coffees come from Colombia and Peru and complement each other with their contrasting qualities to create the unique aromatic profile of CARAFE POUR-OVER STYLE. We selected Peruvian arabica beans for their ability to be dark-roasted without compromising on body or flavour, the intense roast developing those roasted and smoky notes.
Roasting: VERTUO CARAFE POUR-OVER STYLE is a dark-roasted coffee that we roast in two splits. Roasting the Colombian and Peruvian beans in two parts allows us to develop both the body and distinctive aromatic character you’ll love about CARAFE POUR-OVER STYLE. One split is slightly darker, revealing those bold roasted and smoky notes. The other split allows us to develop a full-bodied coffee even in such a large format.
The Vertuo Carafe Set: the double-walled glass carafe, designed by Konstantin Grcic. Comes with a matte silicone spoon to help evenly distribute the entire bouquet of aromas around the carafe before you pour. A pleasure to look at and to pour.
