The Nespresso U won the Red Dot Design Award in 2013, for its high quality design and innovative function.

In 2011, the Nespresso PIXIE coffee machine won two prestigious awards: Australia's International Design Award, Red Dot Design, and the UK Excellence in Housewares Award.
