Double Espresso Dolce embodies the sweet life. Mild and smooth, a Ugandan Robusta balances out the sweet profile of the blend’s Latin American Arabicas with a delicious malty toasted cereal note. An exceptionally smooth double shot that gets its sweetness and malty toasted cereal notes from a fine blend of Arabica and Robusta.
ORIGIN
Latin American Arabicas deliver that delicious malty toasted cereal note that sings above this beautifully balanced cup. The Ugandan Robusta rounds out the blend by softening its sweetness but Double Espresso Dolce remains an ode to the sweet life. When what you want is more coffee, not more punch, this exceptionally smooth double espresso is a dulcet song to your palate.
ROASTING
This split roast takes the Arabicas for a light and short roast, while the second batch is a combination of Arabicas and a touch of Robusta for a slightly longer and darker roast. The Robusta component shines through to add some roundness to the blend.

Why aluminum?
Aluminum is a perfect barrier to oxygen, light and humidity to protect the freshness and the aromas of high-quality coffee, over time. Besides, is infinitely recyclable and is one of the most widely recycled materials in the world.
The only way to become more circular is to ensure what comes to an end always becomes a new beginning. By the end of 2021, Nespresso planned to convert a complete line of Original coffees into new recycled aluminum capsules and succeeded. And now we will gradually extend this initiative to all Vertuo capsules by the end of 2022. But because Vertuo capsules are slightly larger than the Original, the aluminum content of recycled sources in this range will be 85%.
