1 / SCOPE OF THE CAMPAIGN

The details of the Nespresso Machine - Coffee Campaign, which is valid between December 1, (included) and December 31 (included), 2024 on the cooperating websites and electro-stores* (you can see the list on the bottom of the text) are as follows:

• When purchasing a Espresso coffee machine (Inissia Red/Black, Essenza Mini Black/Gray/White/Green/Red, Pixie Red/Titan, Pixie Redesign Silver/Dark Green/Titan/Dark Blue, Citiz Platinum Steel/Titan or Citiz Platinum & Milk) or bundle (milk frother set) coffee macjine (Inissia Bundle Red/Black, Essenza Mini Bundle Black/Gray/White/Green/Red, Pixie Bundle Red/Titan or Pixie Redesign Bundle Silver/Dark Green/Titan/Dark Blue), selected *50 capsules of coffee will be given as a gift.

• When purchasing a Milk Integrated coffee machine (Lattissima One Black/White, Gran Lattissima Black/White, Atelier, Creatista Plus or Creatista Pro), selected **100 capsules of coffee will be given as a gift.

*Selected 50 capsules of coffee: 10 capsules of each Master Origins Colombia, Nocciola, Ristretto Decaf, Ispirazione Roma, Vienna Lungo

**Selected 100 capsules of coffee: 10 capsules of each Master Origins Colombia, Corto, Arpeggio, Istanbul Espresso, Nocciola, Ristretto Decaf, Ispirazione Roma, Stockholm Lungo, Vaniglia, Vienna Lungo

• Customers will be able to redeem the coffee gifts until January 31, 2025 by calling 444 20 21 or 0800 211 01 00 (toll-free line), visiting the nespresso.com.tr website, or any of Nespresso Boutiques. Redemptions after this date will not be accepted.

• You can visit nespresso.com.tr for the unit sales price of the coffee capsules to be gifted.

• This application is not subject to MPI permission. Those who participate in this promotion are considered to have accepted the rules of the promotional offer.

• Products determined for the campaign are limited to stocks. The stocks of retail outlets will be stated on their own websites, and Nespresso is not responsible for any out of stock situation, as Nespresso does not know the stocks of Retail outlets.

• Nespresso Turkey Gıda Ticaret A.Ş. reserves the right to change or cancel the offer.

• The retail sales price list of the coffees including VAT is below.

2 / TERMS FOR UTILIZING THE OFFER

• Nespresso reserves the right to change gifted products in case of running out of stocks.

• Coffee capsules gifted within the scope of the campaign can be redeemed through the Nespresso Customer Relationship Center at 444 20 21 or 0800 211 01 00 (toll-free line), the website nespresso.com.tr or any of Nespresso Boutiques.

• To receive gift coffee capsules, the customer must provide the original invoice or receipt and serial number on the machine to Nespresso Boutiques, Nespresso Customer Contact Center (444 20 21 or 0800 211 01 00 (toll-free line)) or nespresso.com.tr website.

3 / CAMPAIGN RESTRICTIONS

• This campaign is valid for the cooperated sales points listed under these campaign terms. It will not apply to Nespresso branded coffee machines, which are within the scope of resale on websites such as Amazon, Turkcell Pasaj,Hepsiburada, N11, Trendyol, through sales points that are not Nespresso cooperated sales points.

• This offer cannot be combined with any other promotion.

• The coffee gift is valid only in the country where the machine was purchased.

• The campaign is not valid for commercial purchases sales channels.

• The campaign is limited to a maximum of 5 Nespresso machines per invoice issued on behalf of the person. Each customer can use this promotion at most once.

• All necessary information (original invoice or receipt and serial number on the machine) must be provided to Nespresso's direct channels (Nespresso Boutique, Customer Relationship Center and website). Requests that have missing information will not be valid.

• Capsules received as gifts from this campaign cannot be used to benefit from a different capsule promotion.

• In the event of returning the machines purchased during the campaign period, the purchaser disclaims the gifts and benefits earned under the campaign.

• Nespresso requests personal information to take advantage of the campaign.

• All personal information is kept under the Nespresso Privacy Policy. You can access the Nespresso Privacy Policy and GDPR texts at https://www.nespresso.com/tr/tr/legal-information.
