This machine allows the preparation of 6 beverages accessible through 6 tactile buttons (Espresso, Lungo, Cappuccino, Latte macchiato, Creamy Latte, Warm milk froth). All the beverages are preprogrammed with factory setting but can be reprogrammed to fit one’s taste.

Lattissima Touch machines are preprogrammed at 40ml for Espresso and 110ml for Lungo.

Preprogrammed volume for milk recipes are the following: 50ml milk froth and 40ml coffee for Cappuccino, 150ml milk froth and 40ml coffee for Latte Macchiato and Creamy Latte, 120ml for warm milk.
For Creamy Latte the machine starts with coffee and then milk, it is also recommended to use the minimum milk froth setting to ensure the best in-cup result.
We recommend you to keep factory settings for Espresso and Lungo to ensure the best in cup results for each of our coffee varieties.

A: Volume programming with the machine is very easy. For Espresso or Lungo, simply touch and hold the button for at least 3 seconds to enter the programming mode. Brewing starts and button blinks fast (programming mode). Release button when desired volume is reached.
For Cappuccino, Creamy Latte*, Latte Macchiato and warm milk froth, touch and hold the button for at least 3 seconds, button blinks fast (programming mode). Release button when desired milk froth volume is reached. Button still blinks fast as we are still in programming mode. When programming the warm milk froth beverage, the programming ends here.
Touch and hold the same button. Coffee brewing starts. Release button when desired coffee volume is reached. Recipe volume is now stored for the next preparations. Button blinks 3 times to confirm the new volume.
We recommend you to keep factory settings for Espresso and Lungo to ensure the best in cup results for each of our coffee varieties.

*Note that for Creamy Latte beverage, machine starts with coffee and then milk froth.

The machine integrates a sliding drip tray allowing the use of a wide range of cups, mugs, and jug sizes. The maximum height of the jug must be 143.5 mm

Ensure that water tank is filled with water. If your water tank is already filled, it may mean your machine needs descaling. Proceed to descaling steps listed in the user manual.

In you are still encountering issues; ensure that:
• Capsule container is not full
• There is no capsule blocked inside the machine
• The capsule was inserted in the correct orientation
• The handle is completely closed

If the problem cannot be fixed, please call the Nespresso Club.

According to your consumption profile as well as the water hardness you have set in the machine, the machine will trigger a descaling alert visible on the top of the machine. To optimize descaling intervals and keep a machine well serviced for optimal in cup quality, we highly recommend setting the machine with the water hardness you have at your place.
If your consumption profile is made mostly of Cappuccino, Creamy Latte, Latte Macchiato and warm milk froth, then descaling alert will come earlier than if you do only coffee.

Do not put any machine components in dishwasher except the Rapid Cappuccino System components (6 parts in total)

Empty the capsule container and check that no capsule is blocked inside the machine.
