SWEET VANILLA
To craft Barista Creations Flavoured Sweet Vanilla we brought a dreamy vanilla flavour into a delicious base blend of Arabica beans from Latin America and Africa. It’s a smooth and velvety coffee with a sweet biscuit note that makes it the perfect landing for the warming character of the beloved vanilla flavour. When the two meet, the notes of vanilla and caramel cake give you every excuse to pause and enjoy a little me-time.
The Arabica coffees in this blend are split roasted. The Latin American beans are roasted medium dark and quickly to develop their sweetness. The second split gives this Vertuo flavoured coffee its velvety texture. We add the flavour in after roasting.

- BC Flavoured Sweet Vanilla 230 ml
- Whipped Cream 90 gr
- Vanilla Ice Cream 60 gr
- Cardamom Seeds 5 gr
- Thyme 10 gr
Materials
- Reveal Ice Glass
HOW TO MAKE

Step 1
In a Reveal Ice glass add 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream. -
Step 2
Brew 230ml of BC Flavoured Sweet Vanilla in the glass. -
Step 3
Add whipped cream on top of the coffee. -
Step 4
Garnish with cardamom seeds and a fresh branch of thyme.
