Choose Nespresso coffees, accessories, and treats.

Use the promotion code from the "Promotion Code" labeled card to redeem your offer for your initial 6 orders.

After selecting your coffee, set the order frequency and starting date.

Nespresso can suggest a recommended frequency if needed.

Configure your delivery address, payment, and details, with the option to adjust later. Modify the frequency, shipment date, address, or payment methods before the shipment day, even during holidays.

Based on your defined frequency, you will receive your order automatically at your desired address.

If you find yourself running out of coffee or with too much stock at home, you can easily adjust your next shipment date. If needed, you can create more than one Subscription and simply manage them individually.

Nespresso Plus allows you to subscribe to a choice of coffees and define how often to receive deliveries so you never run out. All whilst being rewarded.

Are there any commitments?

No. Nespresso Plus is a flexible subscription service. You can modify, pause, or cancel at any time.

Is there a fee to sign up to Nespresso Plus?

There is no fee for creating, modifying or cancelling your Nespresso Plus.

How do I get the 30 free pre selected capsules?

Your 30 free pre selected capsules will simply be included with your machine order or handed to you by a coffee specialist when you purchase your Vertuo machine.

What are the benefits of signing up to Nespresso Plus?

When setting up "Subscription – Auto-Delivery" please make sure the Subscription code is added to your basket . If it’s not the case please go back to the previous page and start again (this can happen because of slow internet/3G)

Can I set up my Nespresso Plus Subscription now in store?

Yes of course, a coffee specialist can assist you in setting up your coffee subscription to ensure that this is set up for you to take advantage of its benefits and receive your first delivery as soon as you wish.

When is the last day I can activate my Nespresso Plus Subscription and receive £30 over 6 orders?

You must activate your Nespresso Plus Subscription Auto Delivery by no later than 31st July 2024 to get £5 discount on first six subscription orders ᵻ however we encourage you to activate it now so you can start enjoying your coffee at a frequency you like.

Is there a commitment to signing up to the 6 orders?

There is no commitment - you choose an order frequency that suits you with the option to pause or cancel at anytime.

What happens after I’ve received my six discounted Nespresso Plus deliveries?

The choice is yours! Either update your order to discover new blends or pause or cancel as you wish.

What happens if I take no action after my six discounted Nespresso Plus deliveries?

You will continue to receive the coffees you’ve selected at the standard price and at the same frequency you chose when setting up.

Do I still get my discount off a machine as a N&Y Expert /Ambassador member?

You won't be able to take advantage of your N&Y discount on a Vertuo NEXT as it is already on offer and comes at a discounted price.
