When paired together, the strong cereal notes and sweet aroma come alive, creating a sensation reminiscent of enjoying a biscuit or shortbread.

Origins

This blend was created using quality Arabica beans from Nicaragua and El Salvador.

Roasting

We first roast the Nicaragua beans light and short, just enough to develop cereal and sweet notes, while the El Salvador part is roast for a bit longer to develop some intensity.
