If you require machine assistance, including removable spare parts, contact Nespresso on: 0800 442 442Available Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm, and Saturday 9am - 4pm and receive personalised technical diagnosis and support.

Troubleshooting is easiest whilst you are with your machine, we can also offer to share a video link via text to your mobile phone which will allow us to see how the machine is operating. This proves the fastest resolutions for our customers.

If required, Nespresso can offer a full-service Assistance Package which includes complimentary* pick up and repair of your machine and its return to your address of choice.

*within the warranty period, subject to terms and conditions

  1. Nespresso will pick-up your machine at your preferred address
  2. The machine will be returned back to the pick-up address and all repairs are covered with a six-month limited repair warranty.
