네스프레소 이용약관 & 개인정보 처리방침이 아래와 같이 개정되어 변경된 내용을 참고하시어 서비스 이용에 불편함이 없으시길 바랍니다.

* 이용약관 개정 사항 :

- 회원 탈퇴 및 자격 상실 항목 변경 및 추가

* 사전 공지일 : 2025년 1월 9일

* 개정 시행일 : 2025년 2월 10일

제7조(회원 탈퇴 및 자격 상실 등)

③ “몰”이 회원 자격을 제한ㆍ정지시킨 후, 동일한 행위가 2회 이상 반복되거나 30일 이내에 그 사유가 시정되지 아니하는 경우 “몰”은 회원자격을 상실시킬 수 있습니다. ④ “몰”이 회원자격을 상실시키는 경우에는 회원등록을 말소합니다. 이 경우 회원에게 이를 통지하고, 회원등록 말소 전에 최소한 30일 이상의 기간을 정하여 소명할 기회를 부여합니다.	③ “몰”이 회원 자격을 제한ㆍ정지시킨 후, 동일한 행위가 2회 이상 반복되거나 3일 이내에 그 사유가 시정되지 아니하는 경우 “몰”은 회원자격을 상실시킬 수 있습니다. 	⑤ 또한 몰과 이용자의 보호를 위하여 말소 대상 회원의 소유로 확인되는 여러개의 계정에 대한 회원 자격을 일괄 말소할 수 있습니다 (신설)

* 개인정보 처리방침 개정 사항 : 위탁사 개인정보 항목/개인정보 보유 및 이용기간 변경

* 사전 공지일 : 2025년 2월 4일

* 개정 시행일 : 2025년 2월 11일

* 네스프레소 이용약관의 개정 내용에 대한 문의 및 이의제기는 당사 네스프레소 클럽 080-734-1111(매일,9시~18시 / 수신자부담)로 연락주시기 바랍니다.
개정 공개 기간 동안 별도의 이의를 제기하지 않으시는 경우 본 이용약관의 개정에 동의하시는 것으로 간주됩니다.

Nespresso Terms and Conditions & Privacy Policy Revised Notice

Nespresso Terms and Conditions have been revised and the following changes have been made. Please refer to them to ensure a smooth experience in using our services

* Effective date : February 10, 2025

* Terms and Conditions Revision details :

- Changes and additions to the membership withdrawal and disqualification section.

Article 7 (Withdrawal of membership, loss of qualification, etc.)

③ After "mall" limits or suspends membership, if the same action is repeated more than once or the reason is not corrected within 30 days, "mall" can disqualify the member. ④ If “mall” disqualifies membership, membership registration will be cancelled.
