Would you like to place your order online and pick it up yourself with priority attention?
Choose Boutique Pick Up, and collect your order for free within 1 hour of placing it. You can buy capsules, accessories, and coffee machines!

How it works?
1. Place your order online through the website or our App.
2. Collect your order with priority attention one hour after placing it* at the boutique you selected.
You can collect your order by presenting your ID. If authorizing a third party, please leave their name and ID in the delivery comments when placing the order.

*The order will be available for pickup for 3 days from the date of purchase. After that period, it will be canceled, and we will contact you for a refund.

Pick Up Points

A simple and practical solution

Won't you be home to receive your order? Choose Pick Up Points and collect your order from the location that suits you best.

How it works?
1. Place your order online via our website or app.
2. Select the Pick Up Points delivery option and choose your preferred collection point.
3. Once your order is ready for pickup, we'll notify you by email.
Estimated delivery times:

AMBA: 24 business hours if the order is placed before 5:00 pm.
Rosario and Córdoba: between 1 and 2 business days
Interior of the country (except Patagonia): between 3 and 5 business days, depending on the location.
Patagonia: up to 10 business days.

The order will be available for pickup for 10 days. To collect it, the account holder must present their ID and order number.
