Perfectly balanced, our Ethiopian Delight is a subtly sweet and velvety cappuccino recipe that will enhance the fruits and fresh flower notes of our new Arabica Ethiopia Harrar Limited Edition. Add rose petals and chocolate flakes for the ultimate tasting experience.
PREPARATION OF ETHIOPIAN DELIGHT
- 1. Place condensed milk and rose water into the bottom of a VIEW cappuccino glass.
- 2. Pour frothed milk into the same glass, allowing enough room for coffee.
- 3. Extract coffee over the top of the condensed milk, rose water and frothed milk.
- 4. Stir well. Garnish with rose petals and/ or chocolate flakes.
INGREDIENTS
- - 1 capsule of Arabica Ethiopia Harrar (40ml)
- - 120ml full cream milk
- - 1 tsp condensed milk
- - 1 tsp rose water
- - Edible rose petals and/or chocolate flakes to garnish
