At Nespresso, we aim to maintain a carbon-neutral footprint for every cup of coffee. The Bring Back program is part of this goal, offering your old coffee machine a second life. And you can play an important role!
To do so, drop off your used machine at our Boutiques in Louise or Wijnegem, and we'll recycle it. As a thank you, you'll receive a voucher valid for our coffee machines and milk frothers.

How to recycle your coffee machine?
1. Prepare your machine
To start, please drain the system (see the user manual). Carefully pack your coffee machine in a suitable box. Make sure to include all the machine's accessories (water tank, capsule container, etc.).
2. Bring your coffee machine back to the store.
To do this, visit the Nespresso Boutiques in Brussels (Avenue Louise) or Wijnegem between May 21 and June 30, 2024.
3. Receive your voucher.
Once you've dropped off your machine at the Boutique, you'll receive a voucher valid for our coffee machines and milk frothers.

Conditions
A maximum of 5 Nespresso machines can be returned per customer number. Once your machine is returned, it cannot be given back to you. The voucher, worth €20 for returning a machine without a milk option or €40 for returning a machine with a milk option, is valid until 31/12/2024 and must be used in full and in a single transaction when purchasing a new Nespresso machine or a milk frother on nespresso.com, in a Nespresso Boutique in Belgium, or by calling the toll-free number 0800 162 64. This discount is only valid if the purchase amount exceeds the value of the voucher. The discount is granted immediately at the checkout or when paying for your shopping cart online.
