What is Machine Without Costs?
Machine without cost is a discount plan that allows you to recover up to 100% of the price of your Nespresso machine thanks to recurring discounts on capsules. This on the condition that you purchased a participating Nespresso Original machine in the following stores: MediaMarkt, Krëfel, Vanden Borre, Fnac, Coolblue, Art&Craft & Wara shop.
Do I need to sign a contract?
No, there is no contract. You can stop ordering coffee whenever you want and freely chose if and when you place an order.* (*The time between coffee orders should be at least 1 week)
What are the advantages of Machine Without Costs?
You recover up to 100% of the price of your machine in capsules if you use the discount plan within 2 years. There are no strings attached, you can stop ordering coffee whenever you want and you order whenever you want.
What happens if I want to stop Machine Without Costs? Is there any fee related? What happens to the leftover discounts?
You can stop ordering coffee whenever you want, there is no fee as there is no strings attached. The leftover discounts are valid within 2 years but don’t have to be used necessarily.
Can I register multiple machines with Machine Without Costs?
No, you can only register 1 machine under Machine Without Cost.
Can I register a machine that was bought a few months ago?
You can register a machine under the Machine Without Costs program if it was purchased between 18/09/2023 and 07/01/2024 in MediaMarkt, Krëfel, Vanden Borre, Fnac, Coolblue, Art&Craft or Wara Shop.
I’m already member of Nespresso, can I still benefit from Machine Without Costs?
Yes, the Machine Without Cost is not limited to new members only.
*GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. The value of the first discount will depend on the type of machine you have purchased.
It is important that you order Nespresso Original capsules within 30 days of
following the purchase of your machine. If you do not take advantage of your first discount
during this period, subsequent discounts will expire. The amount of this first
discount differs from the amount of subsequent discounts.
2. The total amount of your discounts will be the amount determined by the machine
purchased under your plan. Discounts cannot be transferred, returned, accumulated or exchanged.
