- Prices
6.1 The prices to be paid for the items you order are those shown on this website on the date you place your order, including VAT, excluding shipping costs.
6.2 Shipping charges will be charged at the rates indicated on this site on the date you place your order, calculated mainly based on the size of the order and the delivery method you select.

- Customs duties
7.1 When ordering products for international delivery to countries other than those where Nespresso originates its shipments, you are the importer of record and is committed to complying with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

- Delivery
8.1 All orders confirmed by Nespresso will be delivered to the delivery address you specify when ordering.
8.2 Nespresso does its utmost to ensure deliveries orders as follows:

8.3 Deliveries can only be made to Colombia.
- Verification of Goods
9.1 It is your responsibility to check the quantity and condition of the merchandise at the time of delivery.
9.2 In case you observe damage or missing items, you must notify and file your claim at the time of delivery through the guidance of receipt and inform Nespresso through the hotline 01800 752 2415, within a period of up Seven (7) days after delivery. - Payment
11.1 Invoices are delivered together with the merchandise.

- Late payments

- Machine Warranty
13.1 Machines purchased through this website are guaranteed by the manufacturer in accordance with the specific terms and conditions contained in the original product documentation. The warranty term is one (1) year and applies only to machines purchased in Colombia.
13.2 Once a machine has been repaired for the effectiveness of the warranty, its warranty shall be extended for a further period of six (6) months. In case of a second failure in a machine and if it is still within the first year of warranty, it will be repaired at no cost to you. If you have a second failure and if you refuse warranty, Nespresso will change your machine by the same reference, or if you prefer, you generate for your personal use a credit for the value of the machine to be used in purchasing any products sold in Nespresso Boutiques. This, without prejudice to the rights recognized by the Consumer Statute.
13.3 Please refer to the product documentation for detailed manufacturer warranty information, which does not affect any of your mandatory legal rights.
- Aeroccino Warranty3 (SKU: 3594-US-BK)
14.1 Aeroccino3 milk skimmers purchased through this website are warranted for one (1) year for factory defects. - Change Policy

1 Terms and Conditions
1.1 These terms and conditions govern your agreement with Nestlé de Colombia S.A.(Nespresso) for the Nespresso Subscription Plan.By choosing to purchase a Nespresso Subscription Plan, you agree to these additional terms and conditions, in particular the twelve (12) month subscription term (the "Term").These additional terms are applicable, in addition to the General Conditions of Sale, which can be consulted in the section "Conditions of sale" within this same page.2 How much does it cost?
2.1 Your Nespresso Subscription Plan has a fixed cost that will be charged to you through a monthly fee.The monthly fee is a fixed fee that varies according to the subscription plan you select.You will receive by your subscription, without cost, the corresponding machine, according to the selected plan.2.2 The first monthly fee must be paid at the time of registration in the Nespresso Subscription Plan. The monthly fee can only be paid by credit card. The monthly installments will be paid every month on the same day of the month in which your subscription was activated.
3 Security checks
3.1 To ensure that your credit card is not used without your consent, we reserve the right to validate the name, address and any other personal information provided by you during the ordering process in the appropriate third-party databases. We also reserve the right to carry out a verification by means of an express consent for consultation and reporting to credit bureaus. By accepting these additional terms and conditions, you agree to such verifications. By making these verifications, the personal data provided by you may be disclosed to a registered Credit Reference Agency that may maintain a record of that information.4 What is included in the Nespresso subscription plan?
4.1 To acquire a Nespresso Subscription Plan, you must register with the Nespresso Club. When you purchase a Nespresso subscription plan, you agree to pay the monthly fee each month during the twelve (12) month period. In exchange for the monthly fee, a Nespresso machine (Essenza Mini, Essenza Mini Bundle or Lattissima One - depending on the plan you have chosen) will be delivered free of charge once the subscription process is complete. In addition, you can regularly select Nespresso capsules or other products, which you can choose, using your balance in favor of the Nespresso Club, as described below.
4.2 Under the understanding that our security and credit checks are successful, we will send you the Nespresso machine that accompanies your Nespresso Subscription Plan, once your first monthly payment is paid by means of charging your credit card (see section seven (7) of the General Sales Conditions). You can not update or change your selected machine during the Term.5 Balance in favor of the Nespresso Club Monthly:
5.1 Each month, you will have a quota or fixed amount of credit in your favor, so that you can make your own selection of capsules and other products available in the Nespresso Club, online, by phone or in our Boutiques. The amount of the balance in favor of the Nespresso Club that you will receive is equal to the monthly fee of the subscription plan you have selected, so that if, for example, your monthly fee is 65,000 COP, you will get an amount of 65,000 COP for spend at the Nespresso Club.
5.2 The balance or amount in your favor will be added to your Nespresso Club account, linked to your Membership, each month within four (4) days after receiving the monthly fee in our account. The credit balance allows you to make your own selection of regular purchases at the Nespresso Club online, by phone or at our Nespresso Boutiques.
5.3 Be sure to regularly select the products you wish to purchase with your balance or amount in favor, as this will expire two years after the end of the subscription term. Any balance in favor of the Nespresso Club that has not been used before the expiration date will be lost and you will not receive any refund. You can check the updated balance of the Nespresso Club by logging into your account at www.Nespresso.com.
5.4 The balance in favor of the Nespresso Club is not refundable or transferable and can not be exchanged for cash.6 Right of Retraction / Cancellation of Nespresso subscription
6.1 You can change your mind and cancel your Nespresso Subscription Plan, without giving any reason, within five (5) business days after the day you received (or that a person designated by you has received,) the Nespresso machine ( the "Retraction Period").
6.2 To exercise your right to cancel your Nespresso Subscription Plan, you must inform us of your decision by express notification during the Withdrawal Period. Contact our Customer Service Center, by calling 01800 752 2415 or by sending an email to Nespresso.colombia@Nespresso.com, where you can indicate your full name, identification and membership number to the Nespresso Club.
6.3 If you cancel the contract during the five (5) working days withdrawal period, we will refund all payments you have made. Within the values to be returned, payments that have been made for the purchase of capsules, over which the Retraction Period does not apply, will be excluded.
6.4 We will refund your money using the same payment method you used to pay us. The transport costs and the others that entails the return of the good, will be covered by you.
6.5 You must return or deliver the Nespresso machine that you received, or that was in transit at the time you notified us that you were exercising your right of cancellation. We will return the money without delay and, in any case, no later than thirty (30) days after we have received the Nespresso machine. If you cancel before receiving the Nespresso machine, we will refund your money within a maximum of thirty (30) calendar days from the date you informed us that you are canceling the Nespresso Subscription Plan. We can hold the payment until we have received the Nespresso machine.
6.6 You must return the Nespresso machine (s) and / or the accessories purchased with the balance in favor of your first monthly payment, in the same conditions in which it was received (original packaging and without having been used). If you do not, the cancellation will not be effective.7 How long is the Subscription?
7.1 The Term for a Nespresso Subscription Plan is twelve (12) months and the monthly fee must be paid in twelve (12) equal monthly installments.The Term begins on the date that your first monthly payment was received in funds available in our account.See Section 9.1 "After Term" for information on payments after the Term.8 Early termination of your Subscription
8.1 Termination during the Term: if you wish to end your Subscription before the expiration of the twelve (12) month Term, you can do so by contacting our Customer Service Center at 01800 752 2415 or by sending an email to Nespresso.colombia@Nespresso. com. If you request the termination of your subscription before paying the twelve (12) monthly installments, you will be required to pay a termination fee. The amount of this fee will correspond to the termination rate established for the Nespresso subscription plan that you have selected (which is COP $ 320,000 for the Essenza Mini Plan, COP $ 455,000 for the Essenza Mini & Milk Plan and COP $ 635,000 for the Lattissima Plan One). You will not have the right to receive a refund for the monthly installments already paid on the date of completion.
8.2 This without prejudice to the right to cancel your order within five (5) days after receipt of the Nespresso machine, purchased as part of your Nespresso subscription plan, as established in Section 6 above.
8.3 If you do not pay the monthly fee when due, the automated Nespresso system will try again until it is successful for three (3) consecutive days. Any outstanding balance will be transferred, so that the next payment will correspond to the previous and current months. Nespresso will freeze access to your Club Nespresso account after two (2) unpaid monthly payments until such payment is made. If the payment is still pending sixty (60) days after the expiration date of the monthly fee, Nespresso may consider this as a termination notification on your behalf. You will have to pay the corresponding termination fee, as set forth in Section 8.1 above if the termination is made before the end of the Term.9 After the Term
9.1 After the twelve (12) month Term, your Nespresso Subscription Plan will automatically continue indefinitely.Nespresso reserves the right to continue processing the initial contractual value payments, monthly, until a notification of cancellation is received (confirmation by email sent to Nespresso.colombia@Nespresso.com).This form of cancellation will not originate any payment in favor of Nespresso.The Nespresso machine will be yours.Any balance in favor of the Nespresso Club will continue to be available for use and will expire when two (2) years have elapsed after notification of cancellation.
10 Who can subscribe?
