Shanghai Lungo

It’s a little-known fact that China has grown coffee for centuries. Only recently, the Chinese started to develop a modern coffee scene, with Shanghai leading the way. World Explorations Shanghai Lungo is an insight into the emerging Asian coffee culture. Crafted from Kenyan, Chinese and Indonesian Arabicas, this distinctive light-roast blend will please the palate with its berry notes and fine acidity. Add a dash of milk to Shanghai Lungo to turn it into a deliciously creamy cup with plenty of fruitiness and citric notes.

Origin

Chinese Arabicas deliver a delicate, creamy body. Together with the Kenyan coffee, it carries a sweet red fruit note and elegant bergamot aromas, while the Indonesian beans bring a touch of wood spice.

Roasting

Shanghai Lungo is roasted in two fast and light splits, allowing us to get precise results from each part while preserving the delicacy of the blend. A fine grind and medium capsule load keep it from becoming too mild.
