Peru Organic is grown High up above 1000 meters – even up to 2100 meters – tucked into the slopes of the Andes.
Roasting
A single origin coffee roasted in two parts to bring complexity to the cup. Both splits are lightly roasted to preserve the bright character of the blend and reveal exotic fruity notes.
