When you add milk to Bianco Forte, the aromatic coffee character of this long cup really pushes through the sweetness of milk. We took our inspiration from the baristas in Melbourne.
They're the masters of robust, but exquisitely balanced tastes - their roasting and blending lend an aromatic power that sings through milk.
To orchestrate this ideal marriage, we searched far and wide for just the right blend and carefully designed the coffees' roast parameters.
For Bianco Forte we split roast our selected Colombian and Kenyan Arabicas, giving them a fairly dark roast.

It is best served as a Reverso Intenso: 50ml of cold milk and 230ml of coffee extracted on top.

We have chosen Arabica coffees from Colombia and Kenya to obtain a harmonious composition of flavors and aromas that get to a precise balance when you add the milk.

Finding a synergy between coffee and milk is not easy.
That's why our dedicated team of Coffee Experts from various departments have been working for years to create delicious pairings of coffees suitable for milk.
It all starts with beans. The various origins of coffee contain different aromatic profiles and aromas.

Part of the special preparation of Bianco Doppio For Milk for generous cups of Cappuccino, Latte Macchiato and Flat White means creating a blend that offers harmony with milk in a long cup.
We have selected Arabicas from Kenya, Colombia and Nicaragua for their ability to offer this intriguing aromatic complexity. Furthermore, roasting parameters have an impact on the final coffee and on the alchemy of the milk: we therefore found a complex split light roast that allowed us to develop the unique aromatic characteristics of each coffee in the blend.
Custom roasting gives this blend a delicious caramel character and a smooth texture.

It is this artfully crafted harmony that allows its combination with the velvety sweetness of milk in long preparations with milk.
