SCOPE OF THIS NOTICE
This Notice explains how they collect, use and disclose their personal information by the Nespresso ® entities listed in the section responsible for data processing and contact (Section 11) ( "Nespresso", "we", us "). This Notice applies to the Personal Data we collect from or about you, through the methods described below (see Section 2), from the following sources:

Please note that in certain circumstances, we will not be able to delete your Personal Data without also deleting your user account. Consultations: We respond to all inquiries within 10 working days, counting from the date of receipt of the request. In the event that the request is not answered within 10 working days, we will contact you to inform you of the reasons why it is still in process and we will provide the date on which the request will be answered. The response to the request will not be sent at the latest 5 working days after the initial deadline has expired.
