What is Nespresso credit?

Nespresso credit is the monthly amount that you receive on your account after payment of the monthly amount for your coffee subscription. The amount of your monthly Nespresso credit is equal to the monthly amount you pay for your coffee subscription. You are free to spend this credit on coffee, accessories, or delicacies through the Nespresso website, via the app, in one of our Boutiques, and through our telephone customer service.

When can I order my coffee with my Nespresso credit?

Within 2 working days after we receive your payment, we will credit the amount to your Nespresso account. From that moment on you can use the credit to place an order.

What happens if I do not (fully) use my Nespresso credit?

The Nespresso credit that you do not use remains valid for 2 years after it is added to your Nespresso account. All unused credit accumulates.

What happens if I do not have enough credit for my order?

You will automatically pay with your credit. If the amount of your order is higher than the remaining credit, you will pay the remaining amount using one of the available payment methods.

Every coffee is a masterpiece with the Creastista Pro coffee machine. Let your artistic inspiration take you through an array of different coffee & milk recipes. Its intuitive touch screen allows you to easily navigate through the drinks menu and customize your favourite recipes. Save your favorite settings by pressing 'save' and surprise friends with your signature coffee recipe.

From the Nespresso Creatista Uno machine you will need to: Turn on your machine Press and hold the Lungo button and the Ristretto button for 5 seconds. The buttons will flash Press the Lungo button or the Ristretto button to confirm Machine will power off and confirm the factory reset On next use, you will need to refer to first use instructions. Note: - Doing a reset to factory settings, this will reset the water hardness level. - Factory settings are: Lungo, Espresso, Ristretto respectively 110 ml / 3.7oz., 40ml / 1.35oz., 25ml / 0.85oz.;

If you have soft water, you need to descale your machine at least once a year. If you have hard water, we recommend that you descale your machine twice a year. (If you do not know what type of water you have, check the water tank. Hard water generally leaves a white residue.) Always remove the capsule after use. Refresh the water in the water tank regularly and routinely empty and clean the used capsule container and drip tray. Do not forget to press one of the coffee volume buttons (such as the Lungo or Espresso button) to let water run through the machine without a capsule before preparing the first cup of coffee. This will clean the extraction system for an even tastier cup of coffee and will heat your coffee cup at the same time.

This can occur if the machine is being used for the first time or if the machine has been emptied or has not been used for a long time. Check that there is enough water in the water tank and that the water tank has been properly installed. Press the Lungo or Espresso button a few times until coffee (or water) flows from the spout. If there is still no coffee flow or poor coffee flow, check that the water tank has been correctly installed and that the coffee spout is clean.

WHAT ARE THE DIFFERENCES BETWEEN CREATISTA PLUS & CREATISTA PRO? Creatista Pro offers an even greater variety of coffees & recipes with the addition of the Americano & Café Latte. You may also create your own recipes and add them to the drinks menu in order to enjoy it again and again. Its high resolution touch screen makes the interactions with the machine very intuitive and easy, and it will guide you through the everyday use and maintenance of your machine. Finally, thanks to its 2L water tank, you will have to refill it even less often (1.5L on Creatista Plus)
