Existing Customer
Existing customers with a registered coffee machine of at least 2 years old and a minimum of three coffee orders in the last 12 months benefit from a 35% discount on a new coffee machine. The machine discount is only valid if the customer also pays the corresponding number of coffees when purchasing the machine. The discount is not valid in combination with the discount for new customers.

Please note: the existing customer discount on new machines only applies once the machine has been registered online for 24 hours. If you need to use the existing customer discount sooner, please call our free customer support service on 0800 022 23 20 (available between 08:00 - 20:00, 7/7). Your machine will then be registered by one of our coffee specialists, allowing you to instantly order a new machine.
My machine is less than 2 years old
