What is Nespresso credit?

Nespresso credit is the monthly amount that you receive on your account after payment of the monthly amount for your coffee subscription. The amount of your monthly Nespresso credit is equal to the monthly amount you pay for your coffee subscription. You are free to spend this credit on coffee, accessories, or delicacies through the Nespresso website, via the app, in one of our Boutiques, and through our telephone customer service.

When can I order my coffee with my Nespresso credit?

Within 2 working days after we receive your payment, we will credit the amount to your Nespresso account. From that moment on you can use the credit to place an order.

What happens if I do not (fully) use my Nespresso credit?

The Nespresso credit that you do not use remains valid for 2 years after it is added to your Nespresso account. All unused credit accumulates.

What happens if I do not have enough credit for my order?

You will automatically pay with your credit. If the amount of your order is higher than the remaining credit, you will pay the remaining amount using one of the available payment methods.

Crafted for those with high standards in coffee and in looks, its essential lines and compact shape make it an icon in any kitchen. Simply press the button to have your Espresso or Lungo in one swift move. The Pixie machine has a fast heat-up system, as well as a 19-bar high-pressure pump so you can enjoy every flavour in your coffee. And with polished metal sides and a solid steel handle, the machine is as sturdy on the inside as on the outside. Because icons are made to last.

Descale your machine at least once a year if you use soft water. Note: for hard water, it is recommended to descale twice a year. Remove capsule after use. Water quality is essential for a good espresso or lungo. Therefore, we advise you to change the water in the reservoir daily. Empty and clean the container for used capsules and the drip tray regularly. Allow water to flow through the effluent before making coffee (without putting a capsule in the machine) by pressing any coffee button. This effectively flushes the coffee-making part, increases the temperature and ensures a perfectly measured amount of coffee.

All Nespresso machines are equipped with a high pressure pump of 19 bar for the power needed to pierce the capsule and thus release the 900 different coffee flavors. The shape of the Nespresso capsule is specially designed to ensure that the water flows under pressure during extraction and evenly through the ground coffee. Temperature and flow-through time are also essential to ensure that any precious aroma is released.

This can occur upon first use, after emptying or after a long period of non-use. Make sure that the water tank is sufficiently filled and well placed Press the coffee volume knob (e.g. the lungo or espresso knob) several times until the coffee/water flows out. In case of an unusual coffee flow, check the following: The water tank is well placed. The coffee spout is clean.
