80% of the aluminium in our capsules is recycled aluminium

Aluminium is the perfect barrier to oxygen, light and humidity and to protect the freshness and the aromas of high-quality coffee, over time. Besides that is infinitely recyclable and is one of the most widely recycled materials in the world.

The only way to become more circular is to ensure what comes to an end always becomes a new beginning.

Cosi

Mild and delicately toasted Cosi is a member of the original family launched in 1986, a classic for your coffee corner. Lightly roasted, sweet cereal Arabica from the mountains of Costa Rica are complemented by intensely aromatic, richly textured Arabica from Kenya. Renovated in 2015 to recapture consumers’ palates, Cosi’s acidity evolved from a citric character to finer, more subtle citrus and red fruit notes, for a rounder, more harmonious, mild coffee. Milk brings out the mellow sweet biscuit notes in Cosi and gives it a silky texture.

Origin

A rich combination of Arabicas from Costa Rica, Kenya and other South American countries. The Kenyan Arabicas provide the zesty acidity present in Cosi.

Roasting

Our coffee roasters give a light roast and a coarse grind for these Latin American and East African coffees, ensuring that all that heart and soul shines through in the cup.
