Pumpkin Spice Cake

Barista Creations Flavoured Pumpkin Spice Cake is an indulgent treat featuring a wide range of spice notes. Cloves, cinnamon and cardamom melt with sweet pumpkin flavour combine with a smooth Arabica blend from Latin American and African coffees. Enjoy it as a Reverso with a dash of cold milk in your 230ml of coffee to enlive that pumpkin flavour all the more.

Origin

The flavour of Pumpkin Spice comes to life in this creamy blend of Latin American and African coffees with the characteristic sweetness of peppermint candies.

Roasting

Latin American beans are roasted medium dark and quickly to develop sweetness. The other coffees are roasted a bit longer to develop a velvety texture. We add the flavour in after roasting.
