A complimentary sleeve (10 capsules) of Nespresso’s Coffee of the Month will be given to you when you make an order of 70 capsules or more. The coffee is predefined by Nespresso and is sent out a maximum of once a month. I.e., if you make two purchases of 70 orders in a month, you will still only receive the coffee once.

When you sign up to Subscription+ with a machine you have an initial engagement period of 6 months, after which your Subscription+ will autorenew, but you can cancel anytime you want.

Your Nespresso Credit is applied every month, upon the payment of your monthly fee, directly into your account. If you see 100 kr in your Nespresso Credit balance, it means you have 100 kr to spend on Nespresso products.

Nespresso Credit are cumulative and will last in your account for 2 years.

If you terminate your contract within 6 months, you will be charged to cover the remainder of the period from the minimum contract plan, which is 259 kr a month, regardless of what monthly plan you chose. For example, if you terminate your Subscription+ plan with a machine after month 2, you will have to pay 1036 kr (259 x 4 months) . If you terminate after month 5, you will have to pay 259 kr (259 x 1 month).

If you sign up to Subscription+ with a machine you can change your monthly amount after 6 months.

Within the first 6 months of your Subscription+ with a machine, you must cancel by contacting our customer service by email with Cancel subscription in the headline. After 6 months, you can go to online, to My account and Subscriptions and then click Cancel subscription.

You can use your Nespresso Credits to buy coffees, accessories and machines from Nespresso.

Yes you can, you're eligible for a total of 3 active subscriptions, including Subscription+.

You must finish your existing machine subscription plan first, but you can always sign up to an additional Subscription+ plan.

Yes, if you have both Coffee Subscripion and a new Subscription+ plan, you will cease to receive the 10 free capsules from the Coffee Subscription, but you can still have the recurring order, and you are still eligible for the free Coffee of the Month from Subscription+.
