Gourmet Almond Croissant Latte
Indulge in our Gourmet Almond Croissant Latte, a unique coffee experience that combines the smoothness of milk, the richness of caramelized almond and the subtlety of orange blossom.
INGREDIENTS
• Almond Croissant Flavour Coffee 230 ml (1 pc)
• Milk 1,5% (100 ml)
• Orange blossom Water (2-3 sprays)
• Nespresso Brown Sugar (4g / 1 unit)
• Almond (1 unit)
ACCESSORIES
• Festive Mug (ca 380ml)
• Barista Device or Aero 4
• Culinary Torch
HOW TO PREPARE THIS RECIPE?
Extract 230ml of Flavoured Almond Croissant Coffee into the Festive Mug (or equivalent). Take off some extra crema if necessary.
Pour 100 ml of milk 1.5% directly into your Nespresso Barista device or your Aeroccino 4.
Close the lid, select the “Latte Macchiato” recipe on the device and press the start button.
OPour the hot milk and foam in the Mug. Spray with Orange Blossom water.
Sprinkle 4 grams of Nespresso Brown Sugar over it and use a culinary torch to caramelize it “façon crème brûlée”.
To finalize, spray some Orange Blossom over the foam and display a whole almond as a garnish.
