SAFFRON SUNSET AFFOGATO

Enjoy a delicious Saffron Sunset Affogato, a delightful dessert that combines creamy vanilla ice cream, aromatic saffron-infused milk foam and rich Cadiz Espresso to pour, creating a truly indulgent and visually stunning treat.

INGREDIENTS

• Vanilla ice cream: 1 scoop

• 1.5% cold milk: 100ml

• Ice cube (1 pc.)

• World Explorations Cadiz Espresso: 1 capsule

• Saffron: 1 pinch

• Nespresso Affogato Bowl

• Barista Nespresso

HOW TO PREPARE THIS RECIPE?

Step

Place one scoop of vanilla ice cream in an Affogato bowl (or cappuccino cup).

Then pour 100 ml of cold 1.5% milk into the Nespresso Barista and add a pinch of saffron. Close the lid, select the "Cappuccino" recipe and press the start button.

While waiting, brew 40ml of Cadiz Espresso and add it around the ice cream in the affogato bowl.

Top the ice cream and espresso with flavoured milk foam from Barista.

For a splash of colour, decorate the surface with a pinch of saffron.
