INGREDIENTS

• Ice cubes: 4 (120g)

• Caramel syrup: 15ml

• 35% Cream: 60ml

• Sea salt: 1 pinch

• Cold Brew Style Intense: 1 capsule

• Extras: Caramel fudge on a cocktail stick

• Reveal Cold Coffee Glass (550ml)

• Shaker

HOW TO PREPARE THIS RECIPE?

Step

Place 3 ice cubes (30g each) in a Reveal cold coffee glass, add 15ml caramel syrup.

Brew one Cold Brew Style Intense coffee over ice and syrup..

Pour 60ml of cold 35% cream into a shaker, add a pinch of sea salt and 1 ice cube (30g) and close the lid, then shake vigorously for 20 seconds until the cream foams.

Gently pour the cream over the drink.

As a sweet accompaniment, garnish with caramel fudge on a cocktail stick.
