It is important to us to make recycling your capsules and protecting the environment as easy as possible: Our business customers have access to 1.700 Nespresso collection points. These include our Nespresso boutiques, postal partners, as well as waste collection points in selected communities. If you have any questions about the Nespresso collection points, please contact us at 0810 981 981 (7:00-22:00).

* As a free service, we can provide you with your own recycling bin if there is sufficient consumption.
Our recycling partner ARA will take care of the collection of your used Nespresso capsules.
For organizational and hygienic reasons, this free service is based on a consumption of approximately 2,000 capsules per month at the location.

SUSTAINABLE USE OF ALUMINUM

Nespresso is committed to the sustainable use of aluminum and is a founding member of the Aluminum Stewardship Initiative (ASI). ASI is committed to the sustainable procurement of bauxite and aluminum production.

The ASI standard addresses critical aspects of the entire aluminum value chain, including the protection of biodiversity in resource extraction and the protection of indigenous peoples' rights.

** The indicated consumption of values do not correspond to real electricity quantities. They show exemplarily the substitution effects, which result from the savings of CO2‑emissions. The savings are a positive effect of the recycling and conversion of coffee ground resulting into biogas.
