Recurring Order is there to facilitate the way you order Nespresso products. There are no contractual obligations for continuing to use the Recurring Order service. You can easily create, modify or cancel any recurrent order through the My Recurring Orders service in your account.

All Club Members can benefit from Nespresso Club promotions for which they are eligible. However not all promotional items (i.e. available for a limited time) are available for ordering via the Recurring Orders service. For the promotions involving Limited Edition products, we recommend placing a separate order to benefit from the promotion. If you are then overstocked on your Nespresso coffee, you can choose to postpone your next Recurring Order’s shipment date.

If you have a Nespresso Professional Operating contract, contractual obligations imply that your Recurring Order must have regular sending frequency and must contain the volume of capsules agreed upon in the contract. If you wish to change the frequency or the month of the Next shipment date, please contact us at 1-855-325-5783.

There are no extra fees with the Nespresso Recurring Order Service. There is no cost for creating, modifying and cancelling your Recurring Order. However, you will benefit from free shipping for any recurrent order with a minimum of 200 capsules.
