We use aluminum for our coffee capsules to
completely eliminate the exposure to oxygen,
humidity, and light for the optimal coffee
experience.

Since 2011, Nespresso Korea has operated its
own recycling system for sustainability.
We collect used capsules and separate them
into aluminum and coffee grounds.

ALUMINUM, FOR THE BEST
COFFEE EXPERIENCE

Aluminum, the unlimitedly recyclable material,
is the best material
to preserve the freshness
and aroma of coffee.
It protects from the exposure
to oxygen, light, and humidity,
which are the factors
of lowering the taste of coffee beans.

THE NEW BEGINNING

The last drop doesn’t mean the last use.
Give our used capsules a new beginning.

REVIVING ORIGINS

Some countries are gifted with exceptional
natural environment to grow quality coffee.
Unfortunately, not every country can start
or resume coffee farming.
Our ‘Reviving Origins’ is a program to restore
coffee farming in regions where it is under
threat. Through our AAA Sustainable Quality™
Program, we help coffee farms under arduous
conditions such as economic hardships,
environmental disasters, civil wars, etc.
Please join our journey to revive valuable but
disappearing coffee with ‘Reviving Origins’
program.
