Tolima’s smallholder farmers live at staggering heights, tending to their Arabica under the shade of trees and cloud cover with the greatest of care. We roast this single origin coffee using the split roast technique. The first part is lighter and has the majority of the coffee. The second part is smaller in volume, but it is roasted to a darker degree to add complexity intensity to the final product.
