These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of these Terms and Conditions and by participating all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by them. Machine service is a necessity to make sure your coffee machine will always function in optimal conditions. That is why all our Subscription formules have a service package included. Services ranging from the automatic sending of care products to an intervention within 48h in case of technical issue, together with the full service & maintenance for your machine are by default included in the subscription plan for the machine you choose.
