Experience the artistry of our meticulous split roasting technique, carefully crafted to achieve the perfect balance of intensity and harmony between coffee and milk. Our exceptional blend, predominantly composed of Colombian Arabicas, undergoes a unique roasting process where one part is dark roasted, while the other is light roasted. This intricate method unveils a symphony of sweet and nutty cereal notes when milk is added, resulting in a truly harmonious and captivating cup of coffee.
Origin
Not all coffees interact well with milk or milk froth, but the selection of some of the finest Colombian and Ethiopian Arabicas with their powerful aromas ensures a perfect taste harmony is created when adding milk.
Roasting
To get the ideal flavor balance we needed an extremely contrasted split roast. One part of the blend gets a long and dark roast, and the other is roasted much faster and lighter. The combination brings in that special roasty character that goes so well with milk.
