What is included in the subscription plan?

Our Subscription fee includes your chosen Nespresso Professional coffee machine, our Professional Coffee Service maintenance package for all services, breakdowns and repairs, coffee capsules, and automatic monthly coffee orders. Your overall monthly fee will depend on which coffee varieties you choose to include on your order.

How can I sign up for the subscription plan?

You may submit your details at the “Contact Us” form and a Nespresso Professional sales representative will be in touch with you.

Can I subscribe to multiple machines?

Yes, you have the option to have multiple machine subscription contracts, with a cumulative monthly coffee order for all machines.

Can I order more coffee than the minimum in the subscription?

Yes, you can increase the amount of coffee in your order to suit your needs. To alter your order, just reach out to your respective Nespresso Professional sales representative or call our Customer Relationship Center via 1800 80 6507.

Can I cancel my subscription plan?

The subscription plan requires a minimum contract period of 3 years; however, cancellation is possible. If you wish to cancel your subscription plan, please contact your respective Nespresso Professional sales representative directly.
