Brazil Organic

Experience the epitome of elegance in the smoothness of this blend, accompanied by a delightful sweetness found in its signature toasted cereal note. Meticulously cultivated with utmost care and adhering to organic standards, Brazil Organic captures the essence of its origin. From the vast arid savannah to the sprawling hilltop plantations, the beans used in this Arabica coffee reflect the diverse landscapes of Brazil, ensuring a remarkable coffee experience that resonates with every sip.

Origin

The Cerrado region is loved for its nutty and chocolatey coffees while the South Minas Gerais region offers an altitude that lifts the acidity of this blend and brings a touch of fruitiness. These coffees showcase the diversity of Brazil as an origin.

Roasting

We split-roast this single origin coffee to generate complexity. The majority of the green coffee goes in the first batch, which is lighter and shorter. The second batch is slightly more intense for a darker roast.
