HOW DOES EASY ORDER WORK?

SELECT
Select one of your past orders in your order history (subjected to products availability) and click on "Make this order recurrent". Alternatively, after logging in to the website under My Account, access the menu "Easy Order" to create a new recurring order from scratch.

DEFINE
Define the frequency at which you would like to receive your orders. To help you, Nespresso can suggest a recommended frequency based on the contents of your order. Then setup your regular delivery address along with the payment details. If you decide to change the address later, you can modify it on the website or via calling the Nespresso Professional Solutions at 1800-019-090

RECEIVE
Based on your defined frequency, you will automatically receive your order at your selected address. If required, you can easily adjust your next shipment date. Ordering your Nespresso Professional coffee capsules has never been easier

There is no cost for creating, modifying and cancelling your Easy Order. You will however benefit from a free delivery for any recurrent order of 100 capsules or higher. Your recurrent order can be set up via the Nespresso website.
Easy Order is there to facilitate the way you order Nespresso products. There are no contractual obligations for continuing to use the Recurring Order service. You can easily create, modify or cancel any recurrent order through the Easy Order service by visiting My Account/Recurring Order.
You will be notified three days prior to the shipment of your following Recurring Order via email. If you wish to modify the delivery address, selected items and quantitites as well as delivery and payment information after receiving our email, you can still change this until the day before shipment at midnight (ex: 11:59PM on January 3 for an order shipping on January 4)
Easy Order allows you to set up an easy order at the date and address of your choice to prevent you from running out to your favourite Grand Crus and to save you time and effort on placing an order when you need it". You can set up, modify or cancel your Easy over the Nespresso website and mobile applications, over the phone.
All information relevant to your EasyOrder such as next scheduled date, delivery address and payment can be found under My Account/Easy Order upon logging in.

Nespresso Your Time delivery mode is not available for Easy Order. Please select standard delivery where your order will be delivered the next working day between 9am to 5pm. Please note that there will be no delivery on weekends and public holidays.
There is 50 minimum capsule quantity required to set up a recurring order. Enjoy free delivery with 100 capsules purchase.
All Club Members can benefit from Nespresso Club promotions for which they are eligible. However, promotional items are not available for ordering via the Easy Order service such as gift with purchase with specific quantity of coffee purchased and limited edition products. We recommend you place a separate order to benefit from the promotion. If you are overstocked on your Nespresso coffee, you may then choose to adjust your next shipment date.
Is Limited Edition coffee available via Easy Order?
Limited Edition coffees are not orderable via Easy Order as the product stock is available in limited quantities. To order a Limited Edition coffee, we recommend you place a separate order. If you are overstocked on your Nespresso coffee, you may then choose to adjust your next shipment date.
The Easy Order service features the entire range of Nespresso Professional coffee capsules as well as frequently used accessories such as sugar, paper cups and recycling bag. We encourage you to place a separate order for Nespresso machines and accessories that are typically ordered in a lower frequency.
As per Nespresso Terms and Conditions, you are able to refuse the delivery of each package in order to return it to us and receive a credit for the returned items. Please contact Nespresso Professional Solutions
If you have a Nespresso Professional Operating contract, contractual obligations require the regular sending and volume of capsules as agreed in the contract. If you wish to change the frequency or the month of the next shipment date, please contact the Nespresso Professional Solutions
