- Step 01
Pour Tonic Water into a martini glass.
- Step 02
Combine ice, Vodka, Averna, Coffee Liqueur and Orange Bitters into a cocktail shaker.
- Step 03
Extract Il Caffe coffee directly into the cocktail shaker as the last ingredient.
- Step 04
Seal the shaker and shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
- Step 05
Strain into the martini glass over top of tonic water.
- Step 06
Release citrus zest by twisting orange peel over top and then use peel to garnish drink.
