Pour your chosen Grand Cru (40 ml/15 oz) into a cappuccino cup
- Froth the milk using the steam nozzle of your Nespresso machine or the Aeroccino milk frother
- Fill the cup with the prepared frothed milk
- Add sugar to taste and sprinkle with cocoa
