How to make !
Coffee Cake
- Preheat the oven at 180° (fan assisted)
- Break the eggs and put them in a bowl with sugar and butter
- Add the flour and the yeast afterwards
- Add the coffee to the dough and whisk very well
- Put the dough in a baking form and put it in the oven for 35min
- Let it cool down
