  • 5 ml Cassis syrup
  • 25 ml Perrier water
  • Ice cubes
  • Shot Glass

  • Pour the cassis syrup in the bottom of a shot glass
  • Add some ice cubes
  • Extract the Grand Cru and shake it with ice cubes
  • Pour 70 ml of the iced coffee over the shot glass
  • Complete the glass with the Perrier water
