The first payment is due at the time you sign up to your Nespresso subscription plan. The subsequent fees will be payable every month on the same day of the month as your subscription plan was activated.

How is the additional credit paid by Nespresso applied?

As a unique benefit of subscribing to a Nespresso subscription plan, you will receive an extra Credit each month in addition to your monthly fee, at no cost to you. This additional Credit will be placed directly into your account and can be used at any time.

What if I don't use my credit?

It will remain in your account and can be accumulated every months. In case you want to terminate the contract, the credit will expire in 1 year after the termination date

We understand that your monthly plan may not always provide enough Credit to meet the minimum order requirements, so let us suggest a few ways to make this right. If you opting to use your monthly Credit plus your subscription Credit card to make up the shortfall. This way you can still enjoy the benefits of your subscription plan and your favourite Nespresso coffee and accessories or you can accumulate your monthly Credit to save for your favourite Nespresso coffee and accessories.
