To craft Barista Creations Flavoured Vaniglia we brought a custardy vanilla flavour into a smooth base blend of Arabica beans from Brazil and Colombia. The combination of the Brazilian Bourbon variety’s sweetness with the lively character of the washed Colombian coffee is the perfect landing for the complex, warming nature of the beloved vanilla flavour.
The coffee blend’s mellow, malted cereal notes bring a rounded, silky taste that elegantly complements classic vanilla.

- BC Flavoured Vaniglia 110 ml
- Milk 1.5% 100 ml
- Vanilla Ice Cream 100 gr
- Pumpkin Seeds 5 gr
- Pumpkin Seed Oil 5 gr
Materials
- Reveal Ice Glass
- Barista Device
HOW TO MAKE

Step 1
Pour cold milk directly into the Barista device (up to lowest level), Close the lid, select viennois recipe on the device and press the start button. -
Step 2
Into the Reveal Ice glass add 1 scoop of vanilla ice-cream. -
Step 3
Brew 110ml of BC Flavoured Vaniglia on top. -
Step 4
Pour the cold foam directly on top of the coffee. -
Step 5
Garnish with pumpkin seeds on top and seed oil.
