Barista Creation Flavoured Rich Chocolate delivers the authentic chocolate taste you’ve been hankering after. To craft the coffee that could satisfy that chocolate craving we began with velvety-smooth Latin American and African Arabicas. The blend’s sweet biscuit note is the perfect backdrop to the rich and complex chocolate flavour we blend in to make this coffee moment an occasion to remember.
The Arabica coffees in this blend are split roasted. The Latin American beans are roasted medium dark and quickly to develop their sweetness. The second split gives this Vertuo flavoured coffee its velvety texture. We add the flavour in after roasting.

Ingredients
- BC Flavoured Rich Chocolate 230 ml
- Milk 1.5% 100 ml
- Chocolate Sauce 15 gr
- Saved Almonds 5 gr
- Pear in syrup 25 gr
Materials
- Vertuo Coffee Mug
- Barista Device
HOW TO MAKE

Step 1
Pour cold milk directly into the Barista device (up to lowest level). Close the lid, select cappuccino recipe on the device and press the start button. -
Step 2
Brew 230ml of BC Flavoured Rich Chocolate in the mug. -
Step 3
With the barista device spoon, add some hot foam on top of the coffee. -
Step 4
Garnish with a pear in syrup in a chopstick. Add shaved almond and cover with chocolate sauce on top.
